This past weekend my wife and I had the absolute privilege of photographing the wedding of one of my dear friends Rose as she married Tim Ross. Everything about the day was stunning, the venue, the attire, the food and the amazing company of all their friends and family. Rose has always had a wonderful taste for style, and every detail had her name all over it, literally. Roses were pretty much everywhere you looked. The venue Ataahua, just out of Tauranga, was brand new and pretty much perfect, with the classy outdoor courtyard for the ceremony and a modern dining hall for all that delicious food to be eaten. Come night time, the courtyard was lit up by thousands of fairy lights and dancing took place in an outdoor marquee right next door. I commend the staff and owners for the brilliant service and layout of this fine new venue. There were even petanque and croquet courts to keep the guests entertained while we were doing photos in the garden. Here are my favourite photos from the day.
